Operators, software suppliers and prediction markets require different approaches. Jurisdiction selection alone does not determine which markets you may serve.
Prediction market licensing
Assessment of product classification and the appropriate authorisation route.
A prediction market is not automatically one licence category: classification depends on how the product works and on the target market.
TBTobique gaming licence
Tobique application preparation and business-model review.
Tobique’s public licence register distinguishes B2B and B2C remote-gambling licences.

EEEstonian iGaming licence
Preparation for an activity licence and remote gambling operating permit.
In Estonia, offering remote gambling requires both an activity licence and a separate operating permit.
What should be reviewed before applying?
Describe your game types, target countries, player locations and company role. This helps distinguish licence selection, technical preparation and target-market requirements.
We bring ownership, funding, player checks and technical setup into the preparation plan. The regulator decides whether to grant a licence; the service does not guarantee approval or automatic access to every market.
Frequently asked questions
Does one licence allow worldwide operations?
No. Target-market rules require separate assessment. Preparation should identify player locations and the markets where services will be promoted.
Do you support Estonian iGaming applications?
Yes. The Estonian service covers assessment of activity-licence and operating-permit preparation and coordination of agreed tasks.
Is the Costa Rica service the same as a gaming licence?
The starting point is an assessment of corporate structure and operating requirements. Registration is not presented as a universal remote gaming licence.
